With health X, SA���ʴ�ý services GmbH offers you a platform where you can actively help shape the digital private health insurance of the future. 

By taking part in surveys, such as online questionnaires, interviews, and product tests, your wishes and needs contribute directly to the ongoing development of our products and services. 

This helps SA���ʴ�ý improve its offerings and develop new market innovations. Step by step, SA���ʴ�ý aims to provide you with an even better customer experience.

As a thank you for your participation, you’ll be rewarded through support for a healthy lifestyle. 

With health X, you benefit from personalized offers in the wellness areas Eat, Move, and Mind. For inspiration, we recommend:

• modern health apps
• (online) fitness studios
• nutrition courses
• wearables such as smartwatches
• smart rings
• headphones
• fitness equipment
• sportswear
• nutritional supplements
• healthy foods

To participate in health X, you must be insured with SA���ʴ�ý.

In order to receive a reward, you need to register for health X via the SA���ʴ�ý app. After registering, you can take part in surveys on service- and product-related topics that we provide for you. These may include online surveys, interviews, or product tests, which SA���ʴ�ý will send to you individually by email or directly in the app.

To have your budget credited, you must successfully complete the respective survey.

How to become a health X member:

1. Open your SA���ʴ�ý app
2. Tap the icon at the bottom right to access your profile
3. Select health X to register.

The reward for your participation is a health budget that you can gradually build up over the course of a calendar year.

By uploading your receipts for health-related expenses in the SA���ʴ�ý app, you can have this budget credited to your account up until December 31 of the respective calendar year.

The amount of your budget depends on the number and scope of the surveys you participate in. For each completed survey, you can receive between €5 and €60. The exact amount of your reward will be communicated to you directly with the invitation to each survey.

Health-related services include offers and products that promote health and well-being – for example:

• (Online) fitness studios
• Smartwatches and smart rings
• Headphones
• Health apps and nutrition courses
• Fitness equipment and sportswear
• Nutritional supplements and products from providers of healthy foods

You can join the program at any time, at the earliest from the start of your SA���ʴ�ý comprehensive or supplementary health insurance—easily and conveniently via the SA���ʴ�ý app.

Anyone who is a policyholder of comprehensive health insurance (including expat rates) or supplementary health insurance with SA���ʴ�ý Krankenversicherung AG and is at least 18 years old can participate in the program.

Do not worry! Needless to say, we protect your personal data and therefore you yourself, too. We only process your data in accordance with our data protection policy.

You may unsubscribe from our health X program at any time, free of charge. There is no notice period.

After registering for the health X program via the SA���ʴ�ý app, you can take part in surveys, interviews, or product tests related to our services and products.

As soon as new participation opportunities are available, we will inform you by email.

You will receive your budget after successfully completing each activity. The amount will be communicated to you in the invitation email.

You can find your health budget in the SA���ʴ�ý app under the health X section.

To access this section, open the SA���ʴ�ý app, go to your profile at the bottom right, and then select health X.

Please note that the display is not updated in real time. After completing a survey or interview, it may take a few days for the credit to appear. During this time, we kindly ask you not to contact the Concierge Service regarding the update.

You can use your budget for almost anything that benefits your health – for example 

• (online) fitness studios
• smartwatches
• smart rings, headphones
• health apps and nutrition courses
• sports equipment and fitness gear
• nutritional supplements
• products from providers of healthy foods.

To receive reimbursement, simply submit your proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or membership contract) via the app.

After completing your participation, your health X budget will be displayed in the SA���ʴ�ý app within a few days after the survey period ends. During this time, we kindly ask you not to contact the Concierge Service regarding the update.

To redeem your budget, please submit your proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or membership contract) via the app by December 31:

1. Open the app
2. Go to your profile and continue to the health X section
3. Click the “Submit X invoice” button
4. Select a file or scan your invoice → submit.

After uploading, you don’t need to do anything else – we’ll be automatically notified once your document has been submitted.

The payout will take place no earlier than January 27 and no later than January 31 of the following year, directly to your account.

No, your health X budget cannot be carried over to the next year. 

Please submit your receipts by December 31 of the same year to make use of your budget. If you don’t submit any receipts by then, your entitlement will automatically expire.
